Employee Benefits

Health Insurance – Humana

We offer three medical plans (for employees working over 30 hours a week) – A Point of Service plan with copays and two high deductible health plans. In conjunction with the high deductible plans, we offer a Health Savings Account. We also offer a robust Wellness Program.

Dental – Lincoln Dental

We offer two plans – a basic plan and an enhanced plan that covers out-of-network dentists.

Vision – Eye Med

We offer vision insurance that covers an eye exam and lenses annually.

Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability

We offer life insurance for all full-time employees that is two times their salary plus $20,000. You are eligible for long-term disability after a 90-day waiting period and it’s 60% of your salary.

403(b)

We offer a retirement account that is voluntary. After one year of service of working over 1000 hours a year, employees are eligible to get a contribution from Learning Grove. of 3%. If you are putting in at least 2% of your own money, Learning Grove will give you an additional 1% which will increase Learning Grove’s contribution to 4%.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

If you’ve been at Learning Grove under five years, we offer 10 hours a month PTO for employees working full-time for a total of three weeks a year. Once employed 5 years, you are eligible for 13.33 hours a month PTO for a total of four weeks a year.

Extended Illness Bank (EIB)

Learning Grove offers 4 hours a month to all full-time staff for extended illnesses.

AFLAC

We offer this voluntary insurance for accident, cancer care, short-term disability and critical care for all Learning Grove staff.

Holidays

We offer 11 holidays per year for full-time employees and 6 holidays for part-time staff.
